4) TRAVEL AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE
Clients are required to obtain adequate personal travel insurance. Travel insurance is compulsory for all clients participating in tours organized by the Company. Clients, along with their personal belongings including luggage, are solely responsible for their own safety and well-being at all times. It is the responsibility of clients to arrange their own insurance coverage, ensuring that they have comprehensive Travel Insurance that includes coverage for medical expenses, injury, death, repatriation, cancellation, and curtailment for the entire duration of the tour. Clients should ensure that their insurance policy does not contain exclusion clauses that limit coverage for activities included in their tour itinerary.
Whether clients choose to purchase Travel Insurance through the Company, the Company’s agent, or independently, they must ensure that the insurance policy meets their needs. Clients are encouraged to obtain supplementary insurance if necessary
5) LIABILITY INSURANCE
The operator maintains limited insurance coverage. It is hereby acknowledged and accepted by the client that there may be no policy in place covering the Company’s liability to its clients for death, injury, damage, or loss occurring anywhere in the world. Furthermore, the client explicitly acknowledges that the coverage for passenger accident liability may be significantly restricted or non-existent. The client further acknowledges that the company has taken reasonable measures to safeguard its liability. Despite the possession of various insurance policies, this booking condition dictates that the client must assume they are not covered by any Company insurance policy, including all liability insurance, for death, injury, damage, or any other loss.
6) Participation in Excursions:
By participating in our excursions, clients agree to comply with the instructions and decisions of the Company's staff, tour leaders, and agents. If, in the opinion of these individuals, a client's health, fitness level, or behavior poses a risk to the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of the excursion, the client may be excluded from all or part of the excursion without refund. In cases of illness, the Company will make suitable arrangements at the client's expense. Clients engaging in illegal activities will be removed from the excursion, and the Company will not be liable for any further assistance or support. Clients must disclose any medical or other conditions that may affect their own or others' participation in the excursion at the time of booking. Unused services will not be refunded.
7) Passports, Visas, and Vaccinations:
It is the responsibility of clients to ensure they have obtained and possess a valid passport, as well as any necessary visas and vaccination certificates for the entirety of their trip.
8) Modifications to Your Excursion:
While we strive to adhere to the advertised itinerary for all tours, the Company reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the itinerary if necessary or advisable. This may include adjustments to facilities or services described in our brochure and/or website prior to booking. If a significant change is anticipated, clients will be notified at the time of booking. Otherwise, clients will be informed as soon as reasonably possible before departure. The determination of what constitutes a significant change will vary based on the specific tour and circumstances. In the event of a significant change, clients will have the option to accept the modified arrangements, purchase an alternative tour, or cancel the tour and receive a full refund.
9) Tour Cancellation by the Company:
The Company maintains the right to cancel a tour under various circumstances, with exceptions for force majeure, consolidation, or the client’s non-payment of the final balance. However, the Company will not cancel a tour within 30 days of departure. In the event of cancellation, the Company will either refund all payments made, excluding visa, vaccination, or associated costs, or offer an alternative tour. Force majeure encompasses war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, technical or maintenance problems with transport, changes imposed by rescheduling or cancellation of flights by an airline, or other similar events beyond the Company's control. Consolidation indicates that each tour relies on a minimum number of participants. The Company is not responsible for any penalties related to connecting airfares if there are changes to the tour's departure time, date, or cancellation.
10) Our Responsibility for Your Excursion:
Clients accept the risks of adventure travel when booking with us. While we prioritize safety, clients must stay informed about potential risks. No refunds for unused services. The Company is not liable for delays or issues beyond its control. We do not compensate for associated expenses. As agents for transportation providers, we assume no liability for accidents or delays caused by third parties. We are not responsible for actions taken independently by clients during the tour.
